This tart was created by a Parisian pastry chef settled rue Boudaloue in the 19th century. As simple as that !

    Pear and almond are magnificently married in Tatin & co’s Bourdaloue. It’s creamy inside, crusty on the outside, the pears are juicy and soft… I hope it will be back again soon!
