My name is Martine. I was born and bred in France until I fell in love with Australia (not only 😉) and decided to call it home.

It was 16 years ago. I have had many lives but always the same passion : cooking and baking.

Becoming more and more passionate (obsessed!) about pastry, I’ve worked for hours on end to learn how to master the intricate skills and gestures of the French Patisserie. And I’m still learning ! I’ve had the good fortune of meeting the right people who were willing to share their skills and passion. Lucky me!

Today I want to share my creations with you. They represent what I love : simplicity and taste, using the best ingredients possible (mostly organic, no artificial flavors or colors and less sugar).
