Hi everyone ! Forget about a white Christmas with a Christmas log. Christmas is celebrated on the beach. Santa is having a swim between two deliveries. It’s hot and sticky . So the Pavlova is the perfect dessert. It is light, super tasty with loads of fruits and the balance between fruits, meringue and whipped cream is magic .
