This lemon meringue tart has been a favorite since the beginning and became my signature cake.
It is made of a crusty dough, a tangy lemon and lime filling and a lime and Yuzu gel that will bring this little kick in your taste buds. The Swiss meringue will then create the right balance between tanginess and sweetness. Just heaven!
