I have never tasted such a delicious tarte Tatin before! What a birthday! We are the ones who are spoiled! I put it in the hot oven for 10 minutes, the pastry was excellent, crispy, with a hint of salt and the apples cooked on top were not overcooked or too sweet as we are so used to tasting elsewhere. Another must-try!
